What a waste of time.
OMG ... wished I read reviews first before TRYING TO place an order. 1.5 hours trying to place an order .. used 3 different Web browsers, 3 different cards, android,
Apple etc etc ... every time error message says "something went wrong" .... you are not kidding. Customer service useless, advised using a different browser!!! .... what a waste of time. Don't bother.

I bought Scoth&Soda sneakers for 140 euros. The leather mesh broke in less than six months!!! Very bad quality. Never buy their sneakers!!!

Goods have been never delivered and customer support is evasive and incapable of refunding the amount after one month.

Delivery so far taking a week longer…
Delivery so far taking a week longer than advertised. They sent the parcel to the wrong address, and it's impossible to change the delivery address because of the faulty website. Ah, and of course, the order number I received cannot be tracked on the website because my order # cannot be found. Genuinely a joke considering the price of their products, do not waste your money.

Wow !! Poor Customer Care
Wow !!! Customer Service is non existent with this company. Very unhelpful blunt agent. Chasing up an order that should have been delivered yesterday but says delayed by UPS. Today still says delayed. Said to agent what is your process if it does not arrive. Their response was - just wait. So I said when can I get a replacement or refund. Their response was - don’t know. I wish the senior management of these companies would read the feedback and shake their customer service teams upside down and provide a better experience. People might return and give business. Not going to give any return business.

Treats customers with no respect or urgency.
A company that treats customers with no sense of urgency doesn’t want your business … Wife found a jacket in the Charleston store so immediately ordered online when I got home (on the 23rd) it’s been over 72 hours and no shipping progress. Not worth it.

Bought a Scotch and Soda shirt which…
Bought a Scotch and Soda shirt which looked great on the manequin and when I tried it on in the store. But when I put it on to wear to a part it crinkled within 5 minutes of me putting it on. Given the price I expected a lot more. Do not recommend buying from this brand

Customer Service
Love the clothes and in store shopping. Their customer service however kills the brand...extremely arrogant when contacting the company by phone, zero response to email contacts. Highly recommend immediate attention to the attitude of your reps, so unpleasant.

returning within the Netherlands is fine
I noticed that most complaints about return policy are from the UK. Maybe Brexit made the returns to expensive? Anyhow, in the Netherlands it's fine to return an item. I returned something at the shop in Utrecht which was no problem and also send something back, also fine. Love the clothes, keep their shape in laundry. Expensive though so I keep an eye out for the sales.

Terrible return policy
Terrible return policy. You can’t return in-store if you buy online. You pay the shipping and it takes forever. I returned an item via their label on Dec 29 and it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received a credit to my account, although I did finally receive a message that the return had been received and approved. Just not worth the hassle to shop this brand. Usually, when clothing is this higher price-point, the return policy and customer service feels personalized and easy.

Extremely poor quality
As many people have already mentioned here, the quality of their products is extremely low. Considering that they position themselves as a premium store with high prices, it's especially shocking. I think even H&M is far more superior in terms of quality compared to S&S. It's a shame as I love their design. Before I decided to give up on them completely, I had purchased different items from them: trousers, sweaters, t-shirt, shirts. Every single one of those items literally fell apart after a couple of months.

Excruciating
Excruciating. 4 separate customs forms to fill in, Then I had to go to the post office and pay to return the package containing a very badly sized shirt and a pair of jeans. Postage cost me £17 as the returns center is in Holland (I'm based UK). I will NEVER buy from them again.

Update: over 2 weeks later; still no refund as my items are still being processed through customs!

I'm very disappointed
I'm very disappointed, I ordered some shirts for my husband as a gift, because I totally love their designs. After the 1st wash (cold) the shirts shrunk so much that my husband can basically no longer wear them. I also noticed other issues with the qualitiy of their products on other items (buttons coming off, fabric loosening, tearing, fading etc....) It's really too bad, because for this price you'd expect better. Unfortunately we will no longer be buying Scotch and Soda from now on.

Don't buy if you live in UK
They ship from Amsterdam and don't allow returns in-store, which means if you purchase in UK for eg you have to pay minimum £25 to have the item couriered back to The Netherlands.

If this was made abundantly clear during the checkout process then it may be forgivable, but of course they do not.

I purchased a shirt from All Saints online and returned it in to a shop, so there is no excuses for this.
